Submit a Sample

Cannabis Sample Submission Guidelines

Here are the steps to send in your sample:

1) If you’re a new customer send a copy of your cannabis license AND the new customer form to info@blueskyanalytics.ca

2) Determine the sample submission quantities (We recommend ~40 grams of flower for a full panel to be safe).

3) Fill out Chain of Custody (COC) form.

4) Mail in sample to the address listed on the form with a printed copy of the COC.

Here are the steps to send in your sample:

1) Test requires a bottle with a preservative, which is available for pick up from Blue Sky Analytical Labs. Minimum sample of 200 mL is required.

2) Please make arrangements for sample submission by calling (403)-563-8137

3) Samples need to be submitted Monday - Friday between 9AM and 3PM. Samples submitted on Fridays will be charged an additional $25 fee.

4) Fill out a copy of the COC and email it to info@blueskyanalytics.ca
