Submit a Sample

 Sample Submission Guidelines

Here are the steps to send in your sample:

1) If you’re a new customer send a copy of your cannabis liscence AND the new customer form to info@blueskyanalytics.ca

2) Determine the sample submission quantities (We recommend ~40 grams of flower for a full panel to be safe).

3) Fill out Chain of Custody (COC) form.

4) Mail in sample to the address listed on the form with a printed copy of the COC.
